About the role:
The DeserTech & Climate Innovation Center is seeking an Ecosystem & Partnerships Manager for a maternity leave replacement of at least six months.
The role includes responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the center’s activities and for connecting the different stakeholders within the center’s ecosystem – partners, program participants, suppliers, and the broader innovation community.
This position combines process coordination and management, organizing multi-participant activities, managing organizational information, and producing professional events and community activities. It is a central role in the center’s daily operations and requires strong independence, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to drive tasks and processes through to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
Program and Activity Operations
- Coordinate and manage the ongoing operations of the center’s activities and programs.
- Track tasks and timelines to ensure activities are executed successfully.
- Work closely with program participants, speakers, and professional stakeholders involved in the center’s activities.
Coordination and Stakeholder Management
- Work regularly with partners, suppliers, and professional stakeholders involved in the center’s activities.
- Coordinate tasks across multiple stakeholders and ensure progress on shared processes.
- Schedule professional meetings and prepare materials when needed.
Systems and Information Management
- Work regularly with Monday.com for task management and activity documentation.
- Maintain and update organizational contact lists and databases.
- Document meetings, activities, and organizational processes in an organized manner.
Content and Communications
- Update content across the center’s communication channels (LinkedIn, newsletters, etc.).
- Respond to external inquiries and coordinate follow-up actions when needed.
Event and Program Production
- Produce and operate professional events and community activities.
- Coordinate venues, suppliers, speakers, and participants.
- Manage the registration process and participant communication before and after events.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in a role involving project operations, organizational activities, or work in a dynamic multi-stakeholder environment.
- Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and processes simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Monday.com for task management and documentation.
- Experience updating website content using WordPress (Elementor).
- High level of Hebrew and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong documentation skills, attention to detail, and high organizational ability.

Position Details
- Maternity leave replacement for at least six months (with possible extension).
- Work scope: Part-time during May, transitioning to full-time starting June 1.
