Digital Projects Manager & Website Owner

One of Israel’s leading importers of trucks and buses, is looking for a Digital Projects Manager to lead the company’s digital initiatives and own the evolution of its digital assets.

This is a cross-organizational role reporting directly to the CEO, responsible for driving digital transformation across the company’s business processes, customer service flows and operational systems.

The role combines digital project management, business analysis and ownership of the company’s website as a core operational platform, supporting service, sales and internal processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead cross-organizational digital projects from concept and requirements to implementation and adoption
• Translate business needs from different departments into digital solutions
• Work closely with internal stakeholders across service, sales, operations, finance and marketing
• Manage external technology vendors and development partners
• Own and manage the company’s website as an operational digital platform
• Improve digital customer and service journeys through better UX and process design
• Implement digital tools such as smart forms, customer portals and service workflows
• Monitor performance metrics and continuously optimize digital processes and user experience
• Present project progress and digital performance to management

This is a full-time, in-house position based at the company’s offices in Rishon LeZion (Park Sorek), with on-site work.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in digital project management, product management, business analysis or similar roles
• Experience translating business requirements into digital solutions
• Experience working with development teams or external tech vendors
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-organizational communication skills
• Experience working with websites, digital platforms or customer-facing systems
• A process-oriented mindset with a passion for improving operational efficiency through technology
