IT Risk Management

A financial organization in Tel Aviv is seeking a Technology Risk Manager to join its IT Risk and Regulation Management unit.

Hybrid work model - two days per week working from home.

Role Overview:

Supporting teams and business domains within the Technology Division.

The role includes, among other responsibilities:

• Conducting risk assessments for new systems and products - identifying and evaluating risks, and assisting in defining controls to mitigate them
• Supporting the identification of opportunities
• Identifying and assisting in removing operational or regulatory barriers
• Implementing regulatory requirements
• Participating in professional forums
• Monitoring technological and regulatory developments
• Presenting findings and insights to senior management

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in risk management and control functions - mandatory
• Strong technological understanding and familiarity with technology platforms - mandatory
• Strong process analysis skills and critical thinking abilities
• Familiarity with technology-related regulation
• Ability to work independently, initiate and drive processes forward
• Strong presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience working with senior stakeholders, excellent interpersonal skills, and strong team collaboration abilities
• High level of English proficiency
