Role Overview:

Lead large-scale technology development projects from initiation through production. The role includes full project ownership, cross-organizational coordination and managing complex development environments in the financial sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage large-scale technology development projects end-to-end
• Lead projects from initiation through deployment to production
• Define project scope, roadmap and MVP phases
• Manage budgets, timelines, risks and project deliverables
• Lead steering committees and governance processes
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including development, QA and information security
• Work in a matrix environment across multiple departments and stakeholders
• Maintain ongoing communication with business and technical stakeholders

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience managing large-scale development projects
• Proven experience managing complex projects with multiple interfaces and large budgets
• Experience leading steering committees and project governance processes
• Experience managing full project lifecycle including development, QA and security through production release
• Experience working with business stakeholders and clients
• Strong proficiency with MS Project and Jira
