Senior Creative & Design Lead (Part-Time / Contract)

We are looking for a hands-on creative professional to lead and execute Argu’s visual communication across all channels.

This role combines multi-asset graphic design, video editing and creating, storytelling, product understanding, and strong design execution.

You will help shape Argu’s visual narrative while also producing materials directly.

Scope of Work

• Create high-quality presentations for sales, investors, and partners
• Design brochures, banners, and visual assets for the website
• Produce well-designed documents and branded PDFs
• Create marketing and social media materials
• Produce and edit commercial videos, launch videos, GIFs, and other motion-based assets
• Design and maintain company's visual assets and brand materials
• Translate complex product capabilities into clear and compelling visual storytelling
• Maintain a consistent visual language across all company outputs

Role Characteristics

• Combination of creative strategist and hands-on creator

• Deep understanding of the product and how to communicate it visually

• Ability to turn complex ideas into clear visual narratives

• Strong execution skills in design, motion, and presentation

• Ownership over Argu’s entire visual identity and creative output

Structure

• Part-time / contract role (~5–10 hours per week)

• Remote work possible / from Caesarea offices

• Output-focused role with a high degree of autonomy
