Sales Representative – Simulation Training Sales for Local Security Squads

About DCA

DCA, Digital Combat Academy, aims to enable military units and security and emergency forces to practice their extreme scenarios in a computerized simulation environment before going into the field.

This allows them to train in advance so that when they arrive in the real situation, it feels like the second time they are experiencing it.

What the role includes

• Identifying leads and obtaining contact details

• Working with an existing mapping of contacts, locating phone numbers of municipal security officers, local security squad leaders, and councils, and opening communication channels

• Conducting sales calls and coordinating meetings

• Performing structured sales calls according to a sales format you will learn, including need discovery, handling objections, and closing the next step

• Managing a sales pipeline and follow up

• Full documentation: lead status, summaries of calls and meetings, follow up tasks, and moving deals from interest stage to closing

• Sending and managing sales materials

• Sending presentations, price offers, videos and supporting materials, including handling price objections using data and materials provided by the company

Work routine and coordination

• Remote work

• Beginning of the week: updating weekly goals and task prioritization (20 minutes)

• Thursday: organized status update on progress, sales pipeline and follow ups for the following  week (20 minutes)

• Ongoing communication with the sales manager as needed

Who is suitable for the role

• Experience in telephone sales, advantage for B2B sales or work with public sector or municipalities

• High ability to work independently, strong self discipline and time management

• Ability to write clear emails and WhatsApp messages and maintain organized documentation

• Mental resilience to handle objections and a longer sales process

• Advantage: familiarity with the security field, local security squads, and regional or local councils

Compensation

• The role includes a flexible compensation model, with the possibility of significant bonuses depending on impact on company activity
