Logistics & Operations Coordinator

We are looking for a Logistics & Operations Coordinator to join a growing company and take ownership of end-to-end logistics, order management, and operational coordination.

This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in working across multiple interfaces including customers, suppliers, warehouses, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer orders and logistics processes from order intake through delivery
• Coordinate shipments, transportation, and distribution activities
• Work closely with suppliers, subcontractors, warehouses, and logistics partners
• Monitor inventory levels and support stock control processes
• Follow up on delivery schedules and ensure timely execution
• Maintain ongoing communication with customers and internal stakeholders
• Handle operational documentation and update ERP systems
• Support process improvement and day-to-day logistics efficiency

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in logistics, operations, supply chain, or order management
• Experience working in a company involved in import/export and multi-channel logistics
• Strong experience coordinating suppliers, shipments, and operational workflows
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems
• High level of Excel proficiency
• Very good English, written and spoken
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Service-oriented, accurate, proactive, and highly responsible

Nice to have

• Experience in a consumer goods / retail / distribution environment
• Familiarity with inventory and warehouse processes
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
