CRM Dynamics Development Team Lead

Comblack is hiring a CRM Dynamics Development Team Lead for a leading financial organization in central Israel.

This role includes leading a professional Microsoft Dynamics CRM development team, with responsibility for architecture and hands-on development in a complex, data-intensive environment. The position involves working with core enterprise systems, building integrations, and leading the development of new features while maintaining a critical system used by hundreds of users across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a Microsoft Dynamics CRM development team.
• Take ownership of architecture and hands-on development within the CRM platform.
• Design and implement integrations with core enterprise systems.
• Develop new capabilities while maintaining and enhancing a mission-critical CRM system.
• Collaborate with cross-organizational teams including infrastructure, data, and business stakeholders.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience developing with Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
• At least 1 year of experience as a Development Team Lead.
• Strong experience working with SQL Server.
• Experience developing integrations using Web Services, REST, SOAP, and APIs.
• Experience working in On-Prem environments and/or Dynamics 365.
