About the Role A global company in the AdTech and mobile app ecosystem is looking for a data-driven and entrepreneurial Product Manager to lead the next phase of growth for a consumer mobile application. The product focuses on providing users worldwide with a seamless and rewarding experience that allows them to monetize their time through various engagement mechanics. As the Product Manager responsible for growth and scaling, you will own the product’s “Growth Engine,” focusing on expanding the user base to tens of millions of users by optimizing conversion funnels, increasing user lifetime value (LTV), and strengthening integrations with global ad networks and offerwall partners. Key Responsibilities Lead product strategy and execution for growth, monetization, and user engagement Optimize the conversion funnel, retention, and user lifetime value (LTV) Manage and optimize the Offerwall stack, including yield optimization and partner integrations Run A/B tests on offer placements, payout mechanics (e.g., bonus events), and UI/UX improvements Analyze product performance using funnels, cohorts, and monetization metrics Balance user experience and revenue optimization, ensuring sustainable engagement Identify and mitigate fraud patterns and advertiser chargeback risks Collaborate closely with engineering, analytics, marketing/UA, and design teams Work within Agile methodologies, managing backlogs, user stories, and development sprints Drive continuous product iteration in a live product environment
Requirements
Direct experience in the Rewarded Economy – mandatory (Offerwalls, Rewarded Video, Play-to-Earn mechanics, Survey Aggregators, or similar models) Proven experience managing live mobile products with ongoing optimization and monetization Strong understanding of mobile platforms (iOS / Android) Experience working with ad monetization metrics such as ARPDAU, eCPM, fill rate, engagement rate, LTV, retention, and churn Experience designing and running A/B tests for monetization and engagement Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive product insights from data Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including engineering, analytics, and marketing Familiarity with privacy and compliance requirements (ATT, GDPR, COPPA) Experience working with global products or international teams Strong communication skills in English Work Style Ownership-driven and proactive mindset Ability to operate in a fast-moving, growth-focused environment Comfortable working with flexible hours aligned with US time zones
