Incident Response Lead

Comblack is hiring an Incident Response Lead to join a large and stable organization in southern Israel.

This role involves leading a team of cyber investigators handling complex cyber incidents, guiding the use of advanced investigation tools, overseeing research outputs, and shaping tailored technological responses based on the nature of each incident and the organization’s operational needs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in cyber research, including malware analysis, vulnerability research, digital forensics, or reverse engineering

• Proven experience leading Incident Response (IR) teams and managing cyber incidents end-to-end

• Strong hands-on expertise in Host-Based Forensics, network analysis, and TCP/IP protocols

• Deep understanding of cyber attack methodologies and the Cyber Kill Chain model

• Experience in developing research-supporting tools, extracting intelligence insights, or conducting Big Data research
