Business & Systems Analyst! 5133

We are looking for a talented Business & Systems Analyst in the mortgage domain to join a leading financial organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and design financial systems and processes.
• Translate business needs into functional and detailed specifications, from initiation to implementation.
• Write functional/detailed specifications addressing both business processes and technological aspects.
• Support the development and testing phases through to finalizing procedures and business guidelines.
• Manage cross-functional interfaces, foster collaboration, and drive tasks forward within areas of responsibility.
• Provide professional guidance, work independently, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, development, and QA teams.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in business process analysis and writing specification documents – mandatory.
• Hands-on experience in at least one of the following – mortgage domain or banking credit domain – mandatory.
• Relevant experience may also come from banks or non-bank mortgage/credit providers (e.g., Direct Finance, Harel, Tarya, etc.).
• 1+ years of systems analysis experience – advantage.
• Knowledge and experience with cross-system processes and integrations – advantage.
