We’re Hiring: QA & Integration Team Leader

In this position, you will lead and manage the integration team, define and implement testing methodologies, oversee QA processes, and drive quality projects across the organization.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

🔹 5+ years experience testing HW & SW products

🔹 3+ years experience managing and leading a testing team

🔹 Hands-on experience with test equipment and analyzers

🔹 Proficiency with QA / bug tracking tools (Azure TFS – advantage)

🔹 Strong troubleshooting and log analysis skills

🔹 Ability to work independently from feature inception to completion

🔹 Strong multi-tasking, task management, and prioritization skills

🔹 Team player, thrives in a dynamic and open environment

🔹 Fluent in English

🔹 B.Sc. in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering
