IT Infrastructure Project Manager

Our client is an international organization currently undergoing several office transformation and site management projects. To support these initiatives, they are looking for a Senior Project Manager who can take full ownership of projects from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery on scope, timeline, and quality.

What you'll do:

• Lead end-to-end office-related projects including security upgrades, furniture implementations, workplace changes, and site decommissioning
• Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and governance structure
• Coordinate internal teams, external vendors, and multiple stakeholders throughout the full project lifecycle
• Monitor progress, manage risks and issues, and ensure smooth project execution
• Facilitate clear communication and alignment with business stakeholders and leadership
• Drive change management activities to ensure successful adoption of workplace changes

Who you are:

• 7+ years of project management experience
• Experienced in office or workplace-related projects (facilities, infrastructure, security, relocations, or similar)
• Comfortable managing projects end-to-end, from planning through delivery
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skill, this is a non-negotiable requirement
• Able to navigate complex environments and build strong relationships with stakeholders
• Commercially minded and capable of balancing project quality with business priorities
• Proactive, structured, and able to operate independently

Important:

• Weekly onsite presence at the site in Tel Aviv is required
