Cyber Security Specialist

Matrix is looking for a Cybersecurity Implementation Specialist to join a government organization.

The role includes responsibility for the installation, management, operation, and maintenance of cybersecurity protection solutions, including Antivirus, DLP, IPS, and Firewalls, as well as access control, mobile device protection, endpoint management, and the implementation of routine security processes.

The position also involves identifying and handling initial security incidents, based on a strong understanding of cyber threats and attack vectors.

Requirements:

• At least 4 years of experience as an Information Security / Cybersecurity Implementation Specialist in a medium to large organization

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and professional cybersecurity training

• Security certifications in AWS and GCP cloud environments

• At least 3 years of experience in designing and securing cloud environments (AWS / GCP / Azure)

• Strong understanding of cloud security architecture across AWS, GCP, and Azure

• Experience working with information security solutions (e.g., Sasa Software Whitelisting systems)

• Experience working with SIEM systems

• High level of personal responsibility and strong service orientation
