Location: Tel Aviv (Near HaShalom Train Station)

Hours: Full-time, Monday–Friday (Afternoon/US shifts)

About the Role:

We are seeking a sharp, tech-savvy, and service-oriented individual to join our growing support team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our US-based clients, helping them navigate and maximize our innovative AI-driven platform for real estate contract analysis. This is an excellent entry-point into the Israeli High-Tech and AI ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-level professional support to clients in the United States via various communication channels.

• Master and operate our advanced AI systems to resolve complex inquiries and account-related issues.
• 
  
• Investigate and troubleshoot technical or transaction-related challenges in real-time.
• 
  
• Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and resolutions in our CRM system.
• 
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve platform efficiency and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• 
  
• Native-level American English (written and verbal) – Mandatory.
• 
  
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• 
  
• Strong technical literacy and the ability to learn complex software quickly.
• 
  
• Proven problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• 
  
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or account management (Experience in a global environment is a plus).

• Availability for afternoon shifts to align with US working hours.
