Data Science Manager

We are looking for a Data Science Team Lead – an AI enthusiast who loves being at the forefront of technology. We need a leader who thrives on innovation and is deeply familiar with the latest advancements, including Agents and Multi-Agent Systems, to lead a talented team of 6-8 Data Scientists.

What You’ll Do

• Lead & Mentor: Manage and grow a high-performing team of 6-8 Data Scientists. You’ll be responsible for their professional growth, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
• Stay at the Cutting Edge: Drive the adoption of state-of-the-art technologies. You will guide the team in developing Agents, Multi-Agent frameworks, and advanced LLM-based solutions.
• Research & Delivery: Oversee the team’s research methodologies. You’ll ensure that academic-level research translates into practical, production-grade products.
• From Concept to Production: Guide the team through the full lifecycle—from framing the business problem to deployment and monitoring at scale.
• Technical Vision: Review architectures and research papers, ensuring the team uses the best-fit tools (GenAI and classical ML) for healthcare’s unique challenges.

Who You Are

• AI Enthusiast: You are passionate about the AI revolution. You live and breathe technology, keeping up with the latest papers and frameworks.
• GenAI Expert: Deep understanding of LLMs, Autonomous Agents, and Multi-Agent systems. You know how to take these from a cool demo to a robust system.
• Proven Leader: 2+ years of experience leading a team of Data Scientists. You know how to build a work plan, manage sprints, and empower your team.
• DS Veteran: 5+ years of hands-on experience in Data Science and ML Engineering.
• Production-Oriented: You understand what it takes to succeed with AI in the real world (Python, MLOps, System Design).
• Navigator of Complexity: Proven ability to move initiatives forward in large-scale environments, bridging the gap between technical teams and stakeholders.

Nice to Have

• M.Sc./Ph.D. in a quantitative field (CS, Statistics, Physics, etc.).
• Experience in highly regulated sectors (e.g., Healthcare, FinTech).
• Active presence in the tech community (Kaggle, Open-source contributions, or publications).
