Software Engineer

The company is located in Central Israel (prime location near major transport hubs, including the Light Rail) and operates a hybrid work model with remote flexibility.

Role Overview:

• Open-Source Development: The individual in this role will focus on the development and maintenance of high-performance Open-Source tools using Go.
• Distributed Tracing: Architecting and integrating libraries to ensure seamless observability and automated tracing across diverse application environments.
• Kubernetes Orchestration: Leveraging Kubernetes to build and manage scalable infrastructure that supports complex distributed workflows.
• Customer-Facing Engineering: Engaging directly with the company's client base to understand technical needs, address intricate system issues, and provide tailored architectural solutions.
• Innovation & Scale: Contributing to the evolution of a developer-centric product that bridges the gap between production stability and rapid debugging.

Requirements:

• 6 years of professional experience in Backend Development – Mandatory.
• 1 years of hands-on experience in Go development – Mandatory.
• Strong proficiency in Kubernetes within production-grade environments – Mandatory.
• Proven track record in building and maintaining distributed systems.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both internal R&D teams and external customers.
• A proactive, independent learner with a passion for high-quality software engineering and developer tooling.
