Customer Success Intern – Digital Advertising
Looking to start your career in the digital advertising world but don’t have professional experience yet? This is a great opportunity to get hands-on experience in the programmatic advertising industry.
IDX, an Ad-Tech company and publisher's co-op for data and media, is looking for a Customer Success Intern to join our team. This internship program is designed for students or recent graduates who want to gain practical experience in digital advertising and campaign operations.
This is a part-time (75–80%) internship for one year, with excellent employment conditions and the potential to transition into a full-time role for outstanding performers.
Responsibilities
- Support the Customer Success team in day-to-day operations.
- Collaborate with multiple internal teams across the company.
- Monitor and operate digital campaigns across various advertising platforms.-
- Assist in preparing presentations and reports (PowerPoint).
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with strong multitasking and prioritization abilities.
- Independent, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to interpret data.
- Team player with a positive and collaborative attitude.
- High proficiency in Hebrew and English.
Nice to Have
Familiarity with Google Analytics.
Experience working with Excel and PowerPoint.
