Full Stack Team Leader

Composed of an elite group of security experts, the organization is building the essential infrastructure required to govern and defend autonomous AI workflows in corporate environments.

The company is located in Central Israel (prime location near major transport hubs) and operates a hybrid work model with remote flexibility.

Role Overview:

• Engineering Leadership: Leading a high-caliber, distributed engineering team across Israel and Europe, fostering a culture of technical excellence and rapid delivery.
• Hands-on Development: Maintaining a 20-30% hands-on involvement in core backend engineering, architectural design, and complex feature development.
• AI Security Architecture: Designing and implementing the foundational systems for GenAI access management and real-time policy enforcement.
• Strategic Impact: Joining a lean core team to shape the technical roadmap and define the future of AI-native security in the enterprise.

Requirements:

• Extensive professional experience in Software Engineering, with a strong focus on Backend systems – Mandatory.
• Proven leadership experience, including the management of engineering teams – Mandatory.
• Deep proficiency in Python or Java – Mandatory.
• Strong background in Cybersecurity, specifically in areas such as Access Control, Policy Management, or Network Security.
• Demonstrated ability to manage distributed or international teams effectively.
• A deep interest in Generative AI and its associated security challenges.
