An innovative Israeli-founded Cybersecurity startup is defining a new category in cloud security by developing a specialized platform for Non-Human Identity (NHI) management. As organizations scale their cloud environments, the explosion of machine identities such as service accounts, tokens, and secrets has created a critical security gap.

This company’s platform provides automated discovery, governance, and lifecycle management for these identities, ensuring robust security without hindering development velocity.

The company is located in Central Israel (prime location near major transport hubs) and operates a hybrid work model with remote flexibility.

Role Overview:

• Product Leadership: Taking a lead role in defining the product strategy and roadmap for a specialized NHI security platform, bridging the gap between complex technical requirements and intuitive user experiences.
• Innovation from Zero to One: Driving the development of high-impact features from initial concept through global launch, focusing on solving critical challenges in Identity and Cloud Security.
• Customer-Centric Execution: Collaborating closely with North American-based clients and internal teams to translate real-world security challenges into technical product requirements.
• Technical Synthesis: Working alongside R&D and Security Research teams to maintain a deep understanding of evolving threat vectors in Cloud Security, Identity, and DevSecOps.
• Data-Driven Strategy: Leveraging strong analytical capabilities to make informed decisions and communicate complex technical concepts to both technical stakeholders and executive audiences.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional experience in Product Management – Mandatory.
• Deep domain expertise in Cybersecurity, with specific focus on Identity Security, Cloud Security (CSPM/CWPP), or DevSecOps – Mandatory.
• Proven track record of launching successful products that solve complex technical problems while maintaining excellent UX/UI standards.
• Exceptional communication skills in English, with the ability to manage high-level relationships with global enterprise clients.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
