We’re hiring a Customer Service Representative that will part of our Booking department and will manage different customers interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing a loading list and entering containers into the system
- Creating loading lists to the planners, transmit vessel details to the port and resolve any issues that arise.
- Reviewing vessel reports and send reports to review booking statuses based on online data and handle customer requests via email and phone.
We are looking for :
- 2-3 years of practical experience in customer service – Mandatory.
- Academic education – Mandatory.
- Good knowledge of the shipping industry-An advantage.
- Mastery of Microsoft Office tools, Excel (macro level) and PowerPoint in particular
- Good level of English - mandatory.
- Available to work on Friday once a month.
