Role Overview:

• Core Backend Engineering: Joining a high-caliber engineering team to architect and develop scalable, high-performance systems using the C#/.NET stack.
• AI-Accelerated Development: Taking a leading role in optimizing development velocity and code quality through the strategic implementation of advanced AI-based coding tools.
• End-to-End Ownership: Leading the full development lifecycle, from initial system design through scaling, comprehensive documentation, and automation.
• Architecture & Scale: Designing and maintaining Microservices architectures and robust APIs to support complex, multi-tenant cloud environments.
• Technical Mentorship: Providing guidance and instruction to peers, promoting best practices in system thinking and business-oriented technical execution.

Requirements:

• 6 years of professional experience in Backend Development with a strong focus on C#/.NET – Mandatory.
• Academic degree (B.Sc.) in Computer Science or a related technical field – Mandatory.
• Proven track record in leveraging AI-driven development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar) to significantly increase velocity and reduce defect rates – Mandatory.
• Extensive experience with Microservices architecture and building scalable APIs.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex technical projects from end-to-end, including scaling, documentation, and automation.
• Strong system-level thinking with a clear business orientation
