Director of Finance – AI-Driven Startup

A fast-growing tech startup is looking for a Director of Finance to lead and scale its finance function during a period of rapid growth.

This is a hands-on leadership role combining financial leadership, team management, and the implementation of modern finance tools, automation and AI-driven processes.

What you’ll do

• Lead the company’s financial scope A to Z and manage the finance team
• Build scalable financial infrastructure to support rapid growth
• Implement AI-driven tools and automation to streamline financial workflows and reporting
• Develop advanced financial models and data-driven insights for business decisions
• Improve reporting, dashboards and financial visibility across the company
• Work closely with business leaders across Product, Operations and GTM teams

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience in a senior finance role within a startup or high-growth tech company
• Experience managing and developing finance teams
• Experience implementing automation, finance systems, or AI-based tools
