☁️ Bynet is looking for a Sales Operations Manager to join our BYNET Cloud Business Unit

Bynet’s Cloud Business Unit is looking for a Sales Operations Manager to support and manage the operational aspects of our Bynet cloud services business.

This role sits at the intersection of sales, finance, vendors, and customers, ensuring smooth operations of cloud service agreements throughout their lifecycle.

What will you do?

• Manage the operational lifecycle of Bynet’s Cloud services agreements, including usage tracking, purchasing, and billing

• Monitor changes in service scope and ensure accurate billing and reporting

• Build and maintain operational and business reports

• Analyze consumption data and produce monitoring and control reports

• Work closely with customers, sales teams, finance.

• Identify opportunities to streamline and improve operational processes

What are we looking for?

✔️ 3 years of experience in Sales Operations / Business Operations / Commercial Operations

✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering & Management, Information Systems, or a related field

✔️ Experience working with reports, data analysis, and budget monitoring

✔️ Strong Excel skills and experience working with CRM / ERP systems

✔️ Familiarity with cloud services or IT infrastructure – an advantage

✔️ Strong analytical and process-oriented thinking

✔️ Ability to work with multiple stakeholders in a dynamic environment
