PPC Manager

Job Description:

• Hands-on management of large-scale digital performance campaigns, with a strong focus on Lead Generation

• Managing Google Ads campaigns (mainly Search) with large-scale media budgets

• Ongoing campaign optimization to improve conversion rates and reduce CPL

• Conducting keyword research and expanding campaign activities

• Data analysis, reporting, and generating actionable business insights

• Cross-functional collaboration with creative, analytics, and product teams

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of hands-on PPC campaign management experience

• Strong experience in Lead Generation campaigns – mandatory

• Proven experience managing large media budgets

• High proficiency in Google Ads, especially Search campaigns

• Experience with Google Analytics / GA4 and additional analytics tools

• Strong analytical mindset with a performance-driven approach

• Experience in insurance or financial services – an advantage
