Automation Yeruham is looking for an experienced and highly organized Procurement Coordinator to join our Purchasing Department and take part in diverse, hands-on procurement activities in a dynamic industrial environment.
This is a full-time position, based in Holon.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes with local and international suppliers
- Handle purchase orders and track deliveries and supply schedules
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors
- Compare quotations, conduct negotiations, and support cost-reduction initiatives
- Maintain and update data in ERP systems and Excel
Requirements
- Proven experience in a procurement / purchasing role – mandatory
- Experience working with local and global suppliers – mandatory
- Good level of English (spoken and written) – mandatory
- Strong Excel skills – mandatory
- High attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, strong organizational skills, and excellent interpersonal communication

מתאם/ת הרכש בחברת Automation Yeruham יהיה/תהיה אחראי/ת על ניהול תהליכי רכש מקצה לקצה מול ספקים מקומיים ובינלאומיים, טיפול בהזמנות רכש ומעקב אחר משלוחים ולוחות זמנים של אספקה. התפקיד כולל גם עבודה צמודה עם גורמים פנימיים וספקים חיצוניים, השוואת הצעות מחיר, ניהול משא ומתן ותמיכה ביוזמות להפחתת עלויות, וכן תחזוקת נתונים במערכות ERP וב-Excel.
