This role is for someone who thinks like a builder and operates like an AI creative lab.
What this role actually is
You will take raw ideas from founders and marketers and turn them into full campaign assets.
Ads. Landing pages. Motion. Product visuals. Funnels.
You will use AI tools, modern design platforms, and your own taste to generate creative output at a pace that matches the speed of paid media testing.
You will work directly with media buyers, and growth leads to constantly generating, testing, and evolving creative.
Your output directly affects CAC, conversion rate, and pipeline.
What you will be responsible for
Turning campaign ideas into ad creative packages across Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Reddit, and YouTube.
Designing high-converting landing pages and funnels.
Producing visual directions for campaigns and product launches.
Creating motion assets and short video ads for paid campaigns.
Generating product visuals, illustrations, and marketing imagery using AI generation workflows.
Building reusable creative systems so media buyers can produce variations at scale.
Working with growth teams to iterate based on performance data.
Tools we expect you to be comfortable with
Figma as your primary design environment, including advanced components and design systems.
AI-driven UI generation tools, such as Relume or similar.
Visual generation models such as Midjourney, Ideogram, Leonardo, or equivalent.
Image enhancement and finishing tools such as Magnific or equivalent.
Video generation tools such as Runway, Pika, or equivalent.
Framer or Webflow for turning designs into working landing pages.
Comfort working alongside tools like ChatGPT or Claude to speed up creative ideation and production.
The exact tools will change. The important thing is that you adapt quickly and learn new workflows constantly.

How we evaluate candidates
We do not hire based on portfolios alone.
You will receive a small challenge.
We will give you a product and a short description of the target audience.
Within a limited time, we expect you to produce:
A landing page concept
Three paid ad creatives
One short motion or video concept
A visual direction for the campaign
We care about how you think, how you use tools, and how fast you move.
