Core Mission: Decode the core games in the Middle East in 2026 with professional insights, producing in-depth analysis and strategy reports that can be directly applied to decision-making. 

Focus on three core issues:

1. The US-Israel-Iran tripartite confrontation: Track the dynamics of the "Epic Fury" airstrikes and the "Real Commitment-4" counterattack, analyzing the spillover effects on Gulf energy and shipping security.

2. Regional camp restructuring: Assess the balancing strategies of regional powers such as Saudi Arabia, Turkey, and Egypt, and analyze the national security demands and fluctuating interests of the Gulf Cooperation Council.

3. Energy and humanitarian crisis: Assess the impact of the conflict on oil and gas supplies, and analyze the long-term impacts of refugee influx and infrastructure damage.

Core Responsibilities

• Track daily developments in the Middle East battlefield, diplomatic statements, and changes in sanctions, extracting key information and generating timely briefings; 

• Write in-depth analytical reports on core issues, dissecting the logic of geopolitical games, the bargaining chips of various parties, and future trends.

• Participate in research discussions, providing strategic advice based on regional and country studies and cross-cultural perspectives.

• Maintain regional information sources to ensure the timeliness and accuracy of analysis. 

Job Requirements 

1. Academic/Practical Background: PhD/Master's degree in Regional Studies, International Relations, Political Science, or related fields, or at least 3 years of experience in Middle East geopolitical research/consulting.
2. Language Proficiency: Fluent in Arabic, Persian, Turkish, or Hebrew (at least one), with fluent English reading and writing skills.
3. Professional competence: Familiar with Middle Eastern history, religion, ethnicity, and political structure, and able to accurately interpret the positions and game logic of all parties.
4. Output Ability: Possess the ability to independently write in-depth reports and policy briefs, and those with relevant research results/publications will be given priority.

Bonus points

1. Long-term experience living, researching, or engaging in academic exchanges in the Middle East, with access to firsthand information sources.

2. Proficient in data visualization and geopolitical analysis tools, able to visualize complex situations.

3. Focus on specific areas such as energy security, shipping lane security, and agent networks, with accumulated specialized research experience.

4. Individuals with government or military experience, currently serving as civil servants.

Compensation

Compensation: Settlement based on research project completion ; starting salary of US$8,000/month.
