Senior AI Data Scientist (LLMs & Agents)

We are seeking a Senior Data Scientist specializing in LLMs and Agentic Systems to join our AI Research & Development team. You will design and productionize AI systems powering conversational interfaces, autonomous agents, and smart recommendations. This role is ideal for a builder thriving at the intersection of ML research, product, and high-scale engineering.

What You’ll Do

• Core AI Development: Build and deploy LLM-based systems, including RAG workflows, conversational agents, and recommendation engines.
• Applied Research: Lead initiatives from ideation to production with a focus on measurable product impact.
• Evaluation & Trust: Develop robust pipelines for prompt optimization, model quality, and agent reliability.
• Agent Architecture: Contribute to our agent framework, designing memory mechanisms and multi-step reasoning capabilities.
• Production Integration: Partner with engineering teams to integrate models into scalable, monitored environments.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years as a Data Scientist or Applied ML Engineer with a track record of shipping production models.
• LLM Expertise: Hands-on experience with prompting, embeddings, fine-tuning, RAG, and model evaluation.
• Technical Stack: High proficiency in Python and experience with frameworks like PyTorch and LangChain.
• Product Mindset: Strong understanding of data modeling, experimentation, and performance metrics for ML products.
• Collaboration: Experience working in cross-functional teams alongside researchers, engineers, and product managers.
