Cuppy is a community app that puts all your café loyalty cards in one place- because losing a stamp card after 9 punches is genuinely one of life's cruellest moments. We're not a corporation. We're not a startup. We're just coffee people, building for coffee people.

Role Description

We built the thing. Now we want to make it legendary.

We're looking for a volunteer Mobile Developer to join the Cuppy team and help us level up the product - new features, smoother UX, the kind of details that make users say "wait, this is actually really good."

This is a remote role, ~3–5 hours a week. Fully flexible, fully async. You keep your life, we get your brain for a few hours. Everyone wins.

You'll work directly with the founding team. No ticket queues. No sprint ceremonies for the sake of sprint ceremonies. Just real work on a real product with people who actually ship.

React Native is our stack. If you're great and use something else- let's talk.

Qualifications

• Solid experience with React Native or equivalent mobile development
• You've shipped something to the App Store or Play Store- or you're close
• You care about the details: performance, feel, the micro-interactions that make an app feel alive
• Self-managed and comfortable working async with a small team
• A love for Capybaras, coffee and anything in between.
