A fast-growing urban renewal real estate company in the Sharon region is seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive leadership team.
Mandatory experience in the real estate sector
This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in shaping the company’s financial strategy and to lead the organization through a strategic process toward an IPO.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the company’s financial strategy and planning
• Manage all financial operations, reporting, and controls
• Work closely with the CEO and executive team on strategic decisions
• Prepare and lead the company through the IPO readiness and public offering process
• Manage relationships with investors, banks, and financial institutions
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a CFO / senior finance executive
• Mandatory experience in the real estate sector
• Strong background in financial strategy, reporting, and capital markets
• Experience preparing a company for IPO / public markets – significant advantage
• Leadership, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills
