About the Role: A rapidly growing AdTech company is seeking a Head of Business Development to lead global commercial expansion within the mobile in-app programmatic ecosystem. The role focuses on building and scaling partnerships with SSPs, DSPs, mobile publishers, SDK providers, and mediation platforms. This is a senior leadership position with full ownership of strategic partnerships, revenue growth, and market penetration. The selected candidate will join the management team, reporting directly to the CEO. Key Responsibilities Market Development & Partnerships Recruit, onboard, and expand relationships with major SSPs, DSPs, mediation platforms, and mobile app publishers. Lead commercial negotiations and secure long-term strategic partnerships. Drive adoption of SDK integrations, mobile demand routes, and in-app monetization solutions. Represent the company across industry events, conferences, and global partner meetings. Strategic Leadership & Execution Define and execute the in-app business development strategy. Provide ongoing market intelligence and competitive insights. Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to tailor technological solutions for partners. Operational Ownership Build, manage, and forecast a partner pipeline. Track revenue metrics and performance KPIs. Operate independently with high accountability to the executive team.
Requirements
5–7+ years of experience in in-app mobile AdTech, with proven expertise across programmatic ecosystems. Strong understanding of DSP workflows, SSP operations, SDK integrations, mediation, mobile RTB, and app monetization models. Demonstrated ability to close and scale major partnerships. Experience working with global mobile publishers, app developers, and AdTech platforms. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and represent the company at an executive level. Fluent, professional English — written and verbal.
