Role Overview:
Lead the NOC monitoring team responsible for internet operations in the private sector, including handling fiber-optic incidents and coordinating ongoing operations with field technicians.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead the NOC monitoring team
- Oversee internet service monitoring and incident response
- Prioritize and manage operational issues and outages
- Coordinate with internal teams and support field technicians
- Analyze monitoring systems and operational alerts
Requirements:
- Previous leadership experience (team management or complex operational coordination)
- Experience working as a NOC operator or network controller
- Proven experience working with fiber-optic infrastructure
- Field experience and familiarity with telecom infrastructure environments
- Ability to analyze monitoring dashboards and operational incidents
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
