Project Manager – Solar Fields

We are looking for a Project Manager to lead the development and construction of solar fields from the early initiation phase all the way through to final acceptance testing.

This is a key role in a growing renewable‑energy environment, combining technical, managerial, and operational responsibilities.

🛠️ What You’ll Do

Manage end‑to‑end construction projects of solar fields — from initiation through commissioning and acceptance tests.

Lead facility planning and optimize system performance.

Write technical specifications and define requirements for EPC and O&M contractors.

Manage engagements with consultants, suppliers, and contractors during initiation and construction phases.

Oversee project schedules, budgeting, and cost control.

Monitor and ensure construction quality standards.

Support due diligence processes for new projects.

🎯 What We’re Looking For

5+ years of experience in solar site construction — must.

Familiarity with solar equipment suppliers — an advantage.

Strong understanding of energy‑sector technologies — must.

Experience with PVsyst simulation software — an advantage.
