Requirements

• Previous experience in project management or a related role such as operations or customer service with a strong focus on problem-solving.

• Experience using modern collaboration and productivity tools such as Zapier, Linear, Google Docs, or similar platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Strong analytical thinking and the ability to approach challenges with a pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in English with strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Self-driven, proactive attitude with a willingness to take ownership and actively contribute throughout the project lifecycle.
