UI/UX Designer

Accountabilities

• Translate customer needs and business objectives into clear user journeys and engaging interface designs.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, mockups, and visual assets for screens, flows, and product interactions.
• Create and maintain design guidelines, visual systems, and style guides for consistent implementation.
• Collaborate with product managers, creative leads, and developers to conduct research, testing, and iterative improvements.
• Present designs effectively to peers, stakeholders, and executives, communicating rationale and design decisions.
• Analyze and improve user experiences based on feedback, usability testing, and performance metrics.
• Ensure all design outputs align with brand guidelines, accessibility standards, and high-quality visual and interaction principles.
  
  

Requirements

• Proven experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools, preferably Figma or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of user journeys, interaction design, and visual design principles including color theory and typography.
• Excellent copywriting skills in English for crafting compelling content within interfaces.
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments with a proactive and adaptable approach.
• Experience with design systems, symbol libraries, and documenting design guidelines for development teams.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams.
