A large services company running a nationwide operation with significant social responsibility and operational complexity is looking for a CRM Systems Manager to take ownership of a core operational platform.
The CRM platform plays a central role in supporting complex day-to-day operational processes across the organization and is used by multiple internal and external users. The system is built on top of the Microsoft Dynamics / Dynamics 365 CRM platform and has been extensively customized to support large-scale operational workflows.
This role is particularly relevant for professionals with strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics / Dynamics 365 CRM environments who are interested in owning a system end-to-end and working closely with both business and technology teams.
The position combines system ownership, business analysis, implementation, and stakeholder management, working at the intersection of technology, operations, and business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end ownership of the organization's core CRM system built on Microsoft Dynamics / Dynamics 365 CRM.
- Translating operational and business needs into system functionality, workflows, reports, and automation.
- Working closely with development teams, IT, and external vendors to manage system enhancements and new capabilities.
- Leading implementations, feature rollouts, and system improvements across the organization.
- Managing incidents and issues in a mission-critical operational environment.
- Supporting and guiding internal and external users while driving system adoption and best practices.
- Monitoring system performance, data quality, and operational processes.
- Working closely with senior stakeholders to improve operational efficiency through technology.
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing or implementing CRM systems in complex operational environments.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics / Dynamics 365 CRM - mandatory.
- Experience translating business processes into system functionality and requirements.
- Experience working with development teams and managing system enhancements.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify risks and proactively raise issues.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
- Academic degree in a relevant field - advantage.
