A leading financial organization in Jerusalem is seeking an experienced Information Security & Cyber Architect for a high-impact, cross-organizational leadership role.

About the Role A senior, strategic position with broad organizational influence — ideal for a seasoned security professional ready to own and shape the security posture of a major financial institution.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement enterprise-wide information security architecture.
Lead end-to-end information security and cyber operations.
Manage and mentor information security teams and SOC units.
Handle and manage cyber incidents and response.
Own GRC domains: governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams; support secure SDLC.
Engage with audits, penetration testing, surveys, and threat intelligence.
Interface regularly with executive management and the Board of Directors.
Lead organization-wide security awareness initiatives.

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in information security within mid-to-large financial organizations.
Proven leadership across at least 3 core information security and cyber domains.
Relevant academic degree; professional certifications such as CISSP / CISM — required.
Deep familiarity with financial regulation, risk management, and technology.
