About the Role

We are looking for a Product Specialist to join our Product team, responsible for a suite of digital products serving both internal and external customers. The role spans multiple systems and digital platforms, and you will own Product Operations processes that support product growth and user experience improvements, while also taking part in end-to-end product lifecycle management.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day product operations, including handling requests and incidents from internal departments and driving process improvements
• Collaborate with internal systems and cross-functional stakeholders to advance product initiatives
• Collect business and user needs from various stakeholders and translate them into product requirements and functional specifications
• Manage and prioritize tasks, features, and bugs as part of the product roadmap, including supporting testing and feature acceptance processes
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and user experience

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of experience in a similar role - Product Operations Specialist, Product Owner, or Product Specialist
• Bachelor's degree in technology or finance-related field - required
• Experience in requirements gathering and writing functional specifications
• Strong product and analytical thinking with an understanding of business and technical processes
• Familiarity with CRM or internal organizational systems - advantage
• Experience working with digital products - advantage
