The company's R&D center is located in Central Israel and operates an in-office work model.

Role Overview:

• Technical Leadership: Leading a multidisciplinary R&D team in the development of complex, autonomous electro-mechanical systems.
• System Architecture: Taking full ownership of system-level design decisions, including the integration of sensors, electrical systems, and communication protocols.
• AI & Robotics Integration: Bridging the gap between physical hardware and AI-driven command and control (C2) algorithms to create a unified, automated defense platform.
• Full Lifecycle Management: Driving projects from initial concept and prototyping through validation, verification, and transition to mass production.
• Strategic Engineering: Managing the integration of Embedded systems, actuators, and motor drivers within a ruggedized, mission-critical environment.

Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering – Mandatory.
• 8 years of hands-on experience in automated and controlled systems – Mandatory.
• 1 years of experience leading R&D teams in a multidisciplinary environment – Mandatory.
• Proven track record in developing and launching complex electro-mechanical, robotic, or controlled mechanical systems (Full Lifecycle: Concept to Production).
• Deep understanding of Embedded systems, sensors, actuators, motor drivers, and PLCs.
• Demonstrated ability to lead system-level validation and verification processes for serial manufacturing.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and a "builder" mentality.
