You’ll take full ownership of end-to-end data solutions, playing a decisive role in how we ingest, transform, and leverage data to drive autonomous decision-making in a fast-paced, global environment.

✅ What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering, with a proven track record of leading complex projects.
• Strong programming skills in at least one language: Python (highly preferred for AI workflows), Go, or Java.
• High proficiency in SQL as a primary query and data-management language.
• AI & Agentic Systems: Hands-on experience building data pipelines for LLMs, including RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures and orchestrating AI agents.
• Big Data Expertise: Proven experience building and maintaining scalable ETL/ELT processes and big-data workflows.
• Cloud Mastery: Deep experience with AWS (S3, Lambda, DynamoDB, SQS, CloudFormation).
• Modern Data Stack: Expertise in Snowflake, dbt, ArgoFlow, and Vector Databases (e.g., Pinecone, Milvus, or Weaviate).
• Infrastructure: Familiarity with microservices, CI/CD, and DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, Git, ArgoCD).
• Leadership: Ability to mentor junior engineers and advocate for engineering best practices.

Advantages:

• B.Sc./M.Sc. in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related fields.
• Experience with data visualization (QuickSight) and logging systems (Elasticsearch).

• Architect & Build: Design and maintain robust, scalable data pipelines that support both BI and AI Agent workflows.
• AI Data Strategy: Develop and optimize data retrieval systems for LLMs, ensuring high-quality context for our autonomous agents.
• Lead Infrastructure: Define the next generation of our data architecture, focusing on reliability and extreme scalability.
• Automate Everything: Streamline data ingestion and transformation to ensure 100% data integrity for downstream AI models.
• Optimize Storage: Manage and optimize cloud-based databases and large-scale storage systems for performance and cost.
• Collaborate: Work closely with AI researchers, PMs, and analysts to deliver end-to-end data solutions that power global operations.
• Mentor: Set the bar for code quality, documentation, and engineering excellence within the team.
