Job Description and Profile:

The Product Design and Human Factors Engineering team works to integrate design processes and human‑factors engineering as an integral part of the engineering workflow for product development. The team provides tools, methods, and processes for implementing user‑centered design and serves as a professional authority within the organization.

The Project Manager role is a managerial position that includes:

Strong analytical skills, high understanding, and excellent communication abilities

.Broad implementation of methodologies and work processes within division projects

.Ongoing, rigorous oversight of implementation by selected subcontractors

.Managing a wide range of subcontractors and overseeing design processes across multiple projects

.Collaboration with UX teams and development teams

.Building project teams according to organizational needs
