✅ What We’re Looking For

• 2–5 years of experience in online performance marketing and/or ad-tech – Must have.
• Fluent English (spoken and written) – Must have.
• Strong multitasking skills with the ability to shift from detail to big-picture thinking – Must have.
• Willingness to travel internationally for conferences – Must have.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills; proficiency in Microsoft Excel – Must have.
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment – must have.
• Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and account management skills.
• Experience managing large customer portfolios.
• Globally minded and adaptable to different time zones.
• Advantages: Experience in affiliate networks, leading projects/processes, working with C-level executives, data visualization tools (Tableau), and a relevant academic degree.
