Role Description: BIOBEAT is seeking a VP Finance to lead and manage the company’s financial and accounting activities. This is a highly hands-on leadership role, responsible for driving finance operations and working independently as the company’s primary finance professional, without a large supporting team.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the company’s accounting and financial activities across Israel and the US.
• Work closely with the US Board of Directors, presenting financial strategies, updates, and insights.
• Prepare and submit comprehensive financial reports on a monthly basis.
• Handle month-end and year-end close processes.
• Prepare financial statements and internal reports.
• Manage invoicing, collections, cash flow, and revenue recognition, including US sales activity.
• Ensure full compliance with Israeli and US accounting, tax, and regulatory requirements.
• Work collaboratively with external auditors, tax advisors, payroll providers, and service vendors.
• Support audits and annual tax filings in Israel and the US.
• Maintain, build upon, and improve financial processes and internal controls.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA – required.
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a senior finance role (VP Finance, Financial Director, or Controller).
• Experience in the Medical Device industry – a strong advantage.
• Experience working with Israeli and US financial regulations.
• High-level, fluent English (written and spoken) – mandatory (crucial for US Board interactions).
• Ability to work independently in a small, fast-paced company environment.
• Strong attention to detail with a strictly hands-on approach.
• Excellent ability to manage priorities and meet strict deadlines.
• ERP experience – advantage.

Location & Work Model:

• Based in Petah Tikva, Israel.
• Hybrid model: 4 days in the office, 1 day remote (Tuesday).
