Senior Software Team Lead

Description

We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Software Team Leader to build and lead an engineering team responsible for our Platform and Web Search Agents Data Workflows. The product is already in production with active customers, requiring large-scale operations and fast iterations to deliver for our top Fortune 500 customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead a strong team of experienced Software Engineers (mostly Back-End), all focused on the same goal.
• Hire, coach, and develop team members; be responsible for their success and overall team growth.
• Own end-to-end development - from system design and large-scale data flow infrastructure to implementing web interfaces (Skills, Plugins, MCP, UI, and API) and platform engineering.
• Bring deep, day-to-day AI usage experience and product understanding; actively promote and foster AI dev tools and solutions across the team.
• Grow a healthy, collaborative engineering culture aligned with Nimble's values.
• Work closely with Product to define and deliver the right solutions.
• Continuously analyze and improve the efficiency, scalability, and stability of system components.
  
  

Requirements

• 3+ years of software management experience across at least two workplaces - required.
• 6+ years of experience as a Back-End engineer.
• Proficiency in Node.js and/or Python (Go is a plus).
• Proven experience designing and running high-scale production infrastructure - required.
• Strong understanding of modern web application lifecycle and architecture.
• Demonstrated ability to independently design and architect back-end solutions from scratch.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver results on time and according to plan.
• A genuine passion for working with people and nurturing strong work relationships.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
