Project Manager- Maternity Leave

We are looking for an experienced Technological Project Manager to lead complex technological projects within a large insurance organization. The role involves managing cross-organizational projects related to systems, integrations, and technological solutions while working closely with technical teams and business stakeholders. This position is a maternity leave replacement for approximately 7 months.

What You’ll Do

• Lead technological projects end-to-end, including timelines, budgets, resources, and risk management.
• Manage system integrations and implementation processes across multiple platforms.
• Work closely with technical teams, system analysts, and business stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
• Gather and analyze requirements and translate them into technical and functional specifications.
• Map existing processes, identify gaps, and lead the implementation of improved technological solutions.
• Coordinate between multiple departments and stakeholders, from senior management to end users.
• Lead projects in a matrix environment, collaborating with teams that do not report directly to the role.

• eBachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering & Management, or Business Administration with a specialization in Information Systems
• .At least 3 years of experience managing technological or information systems projects
• .Proven experience leading large, complex, cross-organizational projects
• .Experience working in a matrix management environment and leading teams without direct authority
• .Strong experience in requirements gathering and systems analysis
• .SQL proficiency and experience working with databases
