Finance Manager

We are seeking a strategic and analytical Senior Financial Manager to lead our financial operations and serve as a key partner to our executive team. This role is designed for a finance professional who excels at balancing high-level oversight with the technical precision required to maintain a robust financial framework.

Responsiblities

In this role, your focus will be divided between operational excellence and strategic support:

• Manage and oversee the company’s financial operations and reporting.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Monitor cash flow, profitability, and financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and tax requirements.
• Supervise, mentor, and support the accounting and finance staff.
• Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Prepare management reports and financial analysis for senior leadership.
• Work with external auditors, banks, and financial advisors when required.
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction and financial improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Professional qualification such as ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or equivalent preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in finance or accounting roles.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis.
• Experience managing financial teams or departments.
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Experience in strategic financial planning and business analysis.
• Fluent Hebrew & full professional proficiency in English is a must.
