Chief Digital Officer

🚀 A leading automotive group is looking for a Chief Digital Officer (CDO) to lead the group’s digital strategy and operations.

⭐ Responsibilities:

• Lead the group’s digital strategy across both business and marketing domains

• Full responsibility for all of the group’s digital assets and platforms

• Manage and lead large-scale media and performance marketing activities

• Lead SEO, GEO, analytics, and ongoing optimization of digital performance

• Drive cross-organizational digital and technology projects

• Work closely with CRM systems and Marketing Automation processes

• Lead digital innovation and AI-driven initiatives within marketing and sales activities

• Direct management of internal teams and matrix management across multiple stakeholders within the organization

✅ Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in digital leadership within a large organization or a multi-brand consumer products group

• Proven experience managing teams and working in complex matrix environments

• Experience managing significant media budgets (Meta, Google, publishers, and programmatic platforms)

• Experience leading and managing SEO and GEO strategies

• Strong proficiency with advanced analytics platforms

• Experience leading cross-organizational digital projects

• In-depth familiarity with CRM systems

• Strong commercial orientation with experience leading B2C digital activities focused on driving sales, including sales campaigns, promotional sales events, and ongoing marketing initiatives

• Strong business acumen and the ability to connect strategy, technology, and measurable business outcomes
