Hey Seven is an AI-native platform transforming how casinos and hospitality brands engage VIP and high-value guests. We combine conversational AI, behavioral insights, and automated comp optimization to deliver personalized, compliant, and revenue-driving interactions at scale.
We’re looking for aa AI Lead to own our entire AI stack - from LLM reasoning and agent orchestration to personalization models, comp logic, and safety layers.
What you’ll build
- Our AI agent: messaging, reasoning, tone, personalization
- MCP-based orchestration and policy routing across platform layers
- Behavioral models: timing, preferences, past patterns, conversion likelihood
- Comp optimization and ROI-based decision logic
- Player segmentation and real-time offer recommendations
- Responsible gaming safeguards and safety layers
- Internal evaluation frameworks & token-cost optimization
- Scalable architecture supporting multiple operators
You are a fit if you have
- 4–8+ years in applied ML/LLMs/AI engineering
- Hands-on experience with OpenAI/Anthropic models, MCP, RAG, and agent loops
- Ability to design and deploy production-grade AI architectures
- Ability to move fast, iterate, and build in ambiguity
- Location: Israel only - we are building our core team locally.
- Experience in the gaming or hospitality industry is a strong plus
