Senior DevOps Engineer

We’re hiring a Senior DevOps Engineer to take our infrastructure to the next level. You’ll own critical architectural decisions, improve reliability and velocity, and won’t hesitate to write code when that’s the best way forward. Responsibilities:

• Design and evolve a multi-cloud platform (primarily AWS, with some GCP & Azure) that scales with our games and data.
• Lead architecture for resilience, scale, and cost efficiency; drive proactive capacity planning and FinOps.
• Develop and own highly complex CI/CD processes: speed up pipelines, introduce gradual rollouts with blue-green and canary strategies, and improve our ephemeral-environments system.
• Standardize GitOps workflows (ArgoCD) and infrastructure as code (Terraform) across teams.
• Operate Kubernetes at production scale; automate everything: deployments, migrations, and failovers.
• Build and maintain observability (metrics, logs, tracing) and SRE practices, including incident response and postmortems.
• Improving our network architecture and augmenting it with advanced tooling
• Partner with backend/data teams on Kafka/Airflow workloads and complex migrations.
• Work hand-in-hand with leading AI tools and adopt them wherever they improve speed and quality.

Requirements:

• 5+ years in DevOps/Platform (or equivalent), including owning production systems at scale.
• 2+ years experience in Backend development
• Strong hands-on with AWS and solid exposure to GCP/Azure.
• Deep experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, and GitOps.
• Proven CI/CD design and operation; comfort with canary/blue-green, rollbacks, and artifact/version strategies.
• Ability to write production-quality code (Python, .NET, Go, or similar).
• Practical knowledge of observability, reliability engineering, security baselines, and cloud cost optimization.
• A builder’s mindset: ownership, clear communication, and a bias to automate.
